Megs Blackened Salmon
INGREDIENTSThis Blackened Salmon is covered in Traeger’s Blackened Saskatchewan and topped with Parmesan Cheese for a crunch.
- 2 lbs of raw Salmon
- 2 TBSP of Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
- 2 TBSP of Parmesan Cheese. (in the shaker, not fresh)
- 1. Preheat grill to 375
- 2. Season Salmon with Traeger Saskatchewan Blackened Rub and then top it with the parmesan.
- Cook on 375 for 25-32 Minutes. When done, your Salmon should flake apart.
